SEB & LEO’S MITZVAH PROJECT
A mitzvah is a good deed. Bar/Bat Mitzvah students participate in a social action project as an integral part of their learning. For Seb and Leo’s Mitzvah project, they have beenvolunteering at Little Village Camden on Monday evenings. Little Village’s aim is to help to provide essential items such as clothes, toys, and equipment to those in need across London.
As part of this project they also have been raising money and collecting donations of pre-loved items to take to the baby banks on Mondays (if you would like to donate some pre-loved or new items please contact us at sebleosloboda@outlook.com). At their school winter fair, they set up a stall selling cakes, books and toys and all the money raised at the event was donated to Little Village.
The experience has taught them a lot, not only about giving and to be grateful but the importance of community. If you would like to learn more about their Mitzvah Project or make a donation, please visit the website below. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference in the lives of these families. Thank you for your generosity and support!
